1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may request a service cancellation within 48 hours of the booking confirmation, provided the service has not started and tickets have not been issued.

If airline tickets have been issued, or hotel or other service bookings have been confirmed, the cancellation terms of the respective service provider (airline, hotel, etc.) will apply.

Any non-refundable fees paid to the service provider will be deducted.

Payment gateway fees are non-refundable in all cases.
2. Modification Policy

Booking details (such as date or name) may be modified in accordance with the service provider’s policy, and additional fees may apply.

Modification requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.
3. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned via the same payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment gateway system and the service provider.
4. Non-Refundable Services

Services that have been partially or fully used.

Special offers or non-refundable bookings.
